I think both of you are correct. She has a limit but is still a bit of a partisan and willing to bend the court to partisan ends.
I wish she'd think about what will happen to courts in the world of a Trump presidency a little more. She might realize that the candidate she is supporting simply cannot be allowed to have power.

Which presumably means that taking advantage of this power to ensure the law is upheld by removing the Supreme Court justices who undermined the rule of law and can't be trusted to make these calls is technically now an official act that is protected by this law?

King KaufmanThe thing is, the court didn't give Biden an upgrade. If Biden were to break the law, the court would fast-track the case and rule against him. It'd be a 3-day process tops.
This court doesn't do precedent. It goes case by case, and the determining factor is "Does it help our side?"
