The trick is the Supremes decide what is official and what isn’t. Supremes support Trump, not Biden. Isn’t that the problem?

My understanding is that this order does very little but create room for delay.

They can, as always, become more meddlesome and just randomly reverse and change things (for example plucking Bannon out of prison)

Three of them may be ready to be that buck wild... but I don't know if there are five.

Oh and if they get "buck wild" it's time to pack the court.

They have not yet crossed that line, but they are flirting with it openly.
