SCOTUS decision today "almost certainly means there are virtually no limits on what a president can do," says President Biden, calling it dangerous and "undermines the rule of law of this nation."
The thing is, the court didn't give Biden an upgrade. If Biden were to break the law, the court would fast-track the case and rule against him. It'd be a 3-day process tops.
This court doesn't do precedent. It goes case by case, and the determining factor is "Does it help our side?"
