@w7voa If it undermines the rule of the nation, then opposing it is his constitutional duty (since part of his job is upholding the law).
Which presumably means that taking advantage of this power to ensure the law is upheld by removing the Supreme Court justices who undermined the rule of law and can't be trusted to make these calls is technically now an official act that is protected by this law?
