If Texas is stupid enough to leave (and I wouldn’t put it past them since they re-elected the idiots) Mexico will just take them back while, and there won’t be any alliance. It will become Mexico as it was in the past. Abbott and his cronies will run with their tails between their legs and be crying for help which I hope will not be coming. On the other hand, Mexico will have a great leap in their space program. 😂
