This just came up in a lawsuit in Delaware, bc attorneys challenging an MSG merger was banned as well. The Dolans adopted the policy in July.

It would be difficult to catalogue all of the ways in which this could be (and probably will be) abused. Technologies are being developed and deployed at rates far in excess of law and society to keep up.

@zackwhittaker We're living in one of the worst possible versions of my 60's childhood visions of the future.

I knew all of *this*, and much worse, was possible but naively believed we'd never let things get this bad, and that most of the bad things I knew back then would be *so* much better by now.

Wrong.

The incremental improvements on some things only have us nose deep, drowning more slowly, but still drowning under the relentless waves of oppression.
