The chemical spill and train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio is a much bigger deal than most people think.

The rail company, Norfolk Southern, is trying to convince residents to take $1k each as "inconvenience" payments.

Railroad companies never willingly pay ANY money to ANYONE.

If they're willing to pay that much up front, it's probably very bad.
