Consistent with the takedown being the most stupid possible implementation of banning users on the same IP/infrastructure/etc. to stop bots, or with using an accusation that cannot be disproven to justify a one-time wishlist action.

No. It's only against the rules to do stuff like use one account to boost the others (either through botting or manually). You sometimes see gimmick accounts advertising each other to build an audience. That's possibly against the rules.

@TYLRDGTL @jpanzer @JxckS @piccolbo Not my experience at all; I've gotten more engagement on Mastodon than I ever got on Twitter, more interaction with fewer people. 50 followers isn't huge, but I was a Twitter nobody (didn't use the account much). Surprising that you had 0 followers after three weeks.
