@[email protected] @[email protected] in the same way that Fox News was "fair & balanced" (to be fair to Fox News, they no longer use that slogan).
@mmasnick He doesn't have enough lawyers after him already?
- Privacy Regulators and their attorneys
- Safety/Content Moderation/CSAM and their lawyers
- Employment Lawyers
- Hollywood and their lawyers bc DMCA is broken
- Advertiser's lawyers and their breach of contract claims over brand safety and editorial adjacencies.
- Vendors' lawyers who will sue him for not paying the bills.
- Have his investors sued him yet for tanking the value of their investment in the first month?
- Has Tesla sued him for stealing engineers yet? Have investors for failing to do his job or are they just relieved he has a new toy to pay attention to?
- Cybersecurity lawyers and the lack of a security team and the new breach?
- ADA class action lawyers salivating over the whole ADA team being fired.
What am I missing?

@mmasnick He left out "and I bought it because my mum says I'm a genius."
How does he know that "as long time users know..."? Where the evidence?
The service was not autonomous, or a sentient being. It only worked as designed and within parameters - for years.
