I've been here for a bit now and probably should do one of those intro posts (now that I'm grasping how this all works better).

I'm an #illustrator / #artist / #creative type. I live with three #cats one human and lots of #plants . I'm into #SciFi including #StarTrek and #StarWars . I play #VideoGames and #TTRPG games (like #DungeonsAndDragons #DnD ). I like #walking in the wilds and #swimming and would love to get into #HillWalking and #WildSwimming more. I like #wildlife and a messy #garden.

*intakes breath* I ALSO find #mythology and #archaeology fascinating. #paleontology too. #dinosaurs are obviously awesome and they are only a fraction of it! I volunteer often for a small #broadcasting studio, and sometimes for a #MusicHall type #theatre . Quite enjoy #puzzles and #UnsolvedMysteries . I'm not religious, in the traditional sense, but the world itself is wondrous. #space is crazy big but I hope one day there might be ways to travel it. Did I mention #astronomy yet?...
In summary, everything can be interesting if you find the right way to look at it for your brain. Also, such a blessing and a curse to have such complex minds as humans and only get ~80 years to explore it all.
@fluffgar I love your introduction, lots of chords struck for me (well, not the walking and swimming so much, for now, but that's another story altogether!).
I'm sure you have read all #PhilipPullman #HisDarkMaterials books, but, if not, think you'd like them - and what lies beneath. (And the #BBC #HBO series a really great screen version of the three original books.)
