20 minutes of strength training.
12.7 KM of #Cycling (30Β°C, 33 Humidex, 36% humidity, and 9 KM/H wind).
Good workouts, ride to #FestivalLife was pretty scary; on the brief road section (800 metres?) a pickup truck drove on the bike lane behind me, knocking over the flexiposts, then turned left across traffic - just an idjit trying to pass people, I think. Didn't catch anything on the camera. Lebreton was *hot* today. Ride home was hot and fine. Made soup.

Back from the gym. Far less of a struggle than it was on Saturday. Got more done, but definitely feeling it in my legs. Did all the workout plan except for the Sled Push. Going to introduce that once my legs have had a rest.

Morning of reading, a bike ride to brunch, then a side quest to #FestivalLife for a bit, then back home. Some time with out-of-town family, and then the last John Wick film. Not a bad Sunday.
