Finally, #vegan meringue from aqua faba, so without the suffering and blood of chicken on our hands. Images are from several different attempts.

The best result until now was created using a cast iron pan on the not-so-hot side of a stove.

The big one didn't succeed yet but the smaller ones are perfect!

Tonight: A divine risotto with mushrooms and porcini, red and sweet onion, lots of garlic, fresh hot red pepper, black pepper, dill, a beautiful olive oil, and about an hour of cooking love. Without the traditional animal cruelty though, of course.
