Also das Problem mit dem #Tobii Tracker und dem #Flightsick vun #TurtleBeach muss ich Live sehen und dann entscheiden. Aus diesem Grund nicht mit #Fedora zu starten, kommt für mich aber nicht in die Tüte.

Der heutige Tag drehte sich um #X11, #Wayland und meine #nvidia. Ich werde mit Wayland starten und X11 zunächst als Fallback mitschleifen.

Irgendwie freue ich mich auf eine neue GPU von AMD.

The more dialed-in I get my #SimRacing rig, the more confident I get in driving. Today I got my #Tobii Eye Tracker working in both #ACC and #LMU. I really need to get around to getting a new seat so that I'm aligned properly with the rest of the rig, but we're getting closer to perfection! See the attached image for why the seat needs replacing, plus a little bonus detail that I added last week.

YES! HUGE NEWS! #TrackIR support is slated to come to #LeMansUltimate in the #ELMS update! That means that I will be able to use the head tracking features of my #Tobii 4C in the game! Will it help me spot Hypercars barreling up my tailpipe on the straight? Absoluetely not because they're too fast! But it's gonna be cool nonetheless.

Dunno if you heard of #BeamEyeTracker before. It's positioning itself next to #Tobii but uses just a webcam and #Opentrack, so probably just #Neuralnet tracker on steroids - but I'd still appreciate if you could chime in for a #Linux build at https://steamcommunity.com/app/2375780/discussions/0/4757578278664103829/ too as it seems to be read by the dev|s.

I tried the demo and is not working. Opentrack running in the same proton prefix detects it, though, so maybe is not that hard to make a Linux working version? Better native, but maybe through proton is enough... Are there any plans for that?
