After a quick #Dorset #holiday, we came back to order a food delivery (£1 for 'Saver Slot'). It went through, as it should and then did not arrive. 
Informed by email half hour before by #email.
Supermarket say: Please contact us by phone and/or bank by phone.
Me say: "NOPE! No can or will do."
Don't use phone. Use secure Email. Use browser not app. Use #Linux etc. 🐧
I wrote to the managing director Simon Roberts by email. One of his team responded that I needed to reorder. OK, I will do that. It does not take long from a desktop.
It went through. Will #Sainsburys and the bank deliver? Most likely.
During the week of non delivery, I walked to our local #Lidl supermarket for some #essentials. We also had #tinned and frozen. No hardship just #inconvenience and time consuming. Not everyone has the option or ability...
