Did a nice 3.5km in the arboretum this afternoon and saw kōwhai trees from New Zealand, Queensland bottle trees, and what might be African lovegrass but I’m hoping is really kangaroo grass. If anyone can identify this for me, I’d be most grateful.

Oh, and there was a kite festival going on, which we stayed well away from because crowds
