Last week, I was able to buy this camera at a bargain price. As is often the case with older cameras, the light seals and the mirror damper were worn out. I replaced them today, and I’m looking forward to my first photo shoot with the camera.

The Hererostein is a war memorial to the soldiers in the Protection Force for German South West Africa that died committing genocide against the Herero and Nama people in what is now known as Namibia.

This is the only memorial commemorating the former German occupation of Namibia in #Berlin.
