@tikitu A very beautiful #photograph of the beetle #Pygopleurus #vulpes (#Glaphyridae,#Scarabaeoidea), which is native to Greece and Eastern European regions, including Romania, Russia, and Ukraine.The long, contrasting #bodyhairs of the #males are striking, serving as a form of #mimicry to protect them from predators. They mimic the appearance of a defensive #bumblebee, with which birds,for example,have had negative experiences, but also improve pollination, a benefit especially for red plants.

I don't normally post photos on this account, but whatever - it's Pokémon figures!

When I've seen them, I've been trying to snag the old Pokémon MegaBloks toys knowing full well that once they're out of stock in stores - they're gone forever as Pokémon now has a deal with LEGO.

These figures are cute, though, so I like building them.

Here's two I built over the weekend - Sobble and Bidoof.

Had to get Bidoof. Love that 'Mon.
