I’m having a bit of a Chaos Engine (AGA version) sesh tonight. It’s soooo much nicer being able to play this with my 8bitdo Mega Drive controller instead of my old HoneyBee Master System controller.

Yeah, the same as me learning #AppleBasic and drips of #6502 to make the speaker burp and shriek. It's the computer you have the most access to, that you can tinker with, that sets you on the road.
I ended up writing a terrible game for the Apple which was just ASCII characters (cos I couldn't do sprites). Then an even worse one for the BBC which was a #MissileCommand ripoff. Needless to say, I didn't become #TheBitmapBrothers
