I've had a weird issue on windows 11 PC where twice now, the time has been incorrect. Just out by a few minutes. This time it was 7 minutes fast. I nudged it correct, but I'm wondering why this would happen. The CMOS battery is new. Any ideas? #Windows11 #techadvice
