Vorige week voor het eerst zitten klussen met Stackit, a.k.a. de Lidl Cloud. Het optuigen van een Kubernetes cluster incl virtual servers, public IP en wat user accounts is schrikbarend makkelijk vergeleken met AWS of Azure. En omdat het niet hoeft te draaien als ik er niet mee bezig ben, kan de hele zwik in hibernation worden gezet zodat het niets kost.

The more I read up on the German Federal Government’s approach to Digital Sovereignty, the more I am impressed.

It looks like with #STACKIT, #openDesk, they are providing a good model for other enterprises and regional governments. Hopefully, the regional Govermenments, and municipalities (councils) and public bodies in the UK are taking note…
