Von einem meiner Lieblingsessen brauch ich gleich ein bisschen mehr, darum sind hier gleich 1kg Spätzle mit drin.
Die Spinatspätzle habe ich wieder nicht aelbst gemacht, sondern von dem Supermarkt mit dem lokalen Anbieter gekauft. Damit ist es ein Gericht geworden, was mal so kurz zum Feierabend moch zusammen geworfen werden konnte. Und das ist schon viel wert.

My first attempt at Swabian Spaetzle. A small amount of home milled Spelt thrown into the mix. The recipe made quite a lot so I froze some. Today we had some of the frozen batch and I can say that it certainly does freeze well. #spaetzle #swabian #cooking
