#Myanmar 高端楼盘成缅北电诈分子新据点：带水上乐园、人造沙滩等，超1500名电诈人员聚集

红星新闻记者从多个信源获悉，位于缅甸妙瓦底水沟谷地区（Shwe Kokko）亚太城5号地有一处名为雍景台的高端楼盘，由赌诈头目佘智江旗下集团建设，已成为从众多被端掉的电诈园区逃离的从业者的最新盘踞地，目前涉电诈人员至少1500人。
红星新闻在一份雍景台楼盘的宣传资料上看到，该楼盘临水而建，主打“高端”与“奢华”，拥有楼栋超20栋，内设水上世界、羽毛球场、人造沙滩、星空营地、卡丁车场等娱乐设施，项目占地300余亩。
尽管佘智江已被引渡回中国，但雍景台项目仍由其创办的亚太集团管理，并由其旧部何英雄（音译）负责打理，显示出该犯罪集团的残余势力仍在运作。在多个电诈园区被清剿、大量犯罪嫌疑人被遣返的背景下，雍景台凭借其高端的包装和齐全的娱乐设施，成为了电诈分子逃避打击、继续进行非法活动的新选择。
