Just ordered myself a new passport, not sure I'll use it but it's there if I ever get the travel bug.
It was seen as a renewal, although my old one expired in April. Have to say that the online procedure was far easier than trying to get a document from my local council’s online portal.
Just got to send the old one back now, will do that tomorrow.

Ich habe gegenüber #Petitionen eher Skepsis. Diese #Initiative möchte ich aber unbedingt teilen, da sie mir sehr wichtig ist, auch wenn sie bloß symbolisch ist.
Es geht um die #EUInitiative für einen #Pass mit #EU-(Außen-) Design, als gültige Alternative zu Nationaldesigns.
Wenn ihr solche Symbolik wichtig findet, überlegt doch vllt. zu unterzeichnen (momentan sieht es noch sehr traurig aus).
