Today I learned that Liam Neeson has been convinced to apply his "particular shet of shkills" to a reboot of The Naked Gun. I loved the original, and I enjoyed the original Taken too. But I have no interest in seeing this.

Hollywood has its mouth so tightly clamped to its own cloaca now, that there's almost no way for anything original to squeeze in. Around the endless franchise milking of old favourites, sequels, prequels, reboots (hard and soft), etc.
