Seit ein paar Tagen ist meine Internetverbindung am Mac schnarchlangsam. So langsam, dass ich denke, hier telefoniert etwas massiv nach Hause. Downloads brechen andauernd ab.

Nach 2 Tagen intensivem Lauschens ohne jede Auffälligkeit stellt sich raus: Seit dem letzten #MacOS-Update ist #Apple #PrivateRelay die Bremse.

Ich bin mir inzwischen ziemlich sicher, dass das Problem mit #NextDNS und Apple #PrivateRelay am #IPv6 der Mobilfunkanbieter liegt.

Mit #IPv4 geht es ohne Probleme und IPv6 geht mit und ohne Private Relay nicht.

Also entweder eine Änderung in #iOS26 in Bezug auf #Mobilfunk und IPv6, oder NextDNS hat mit IPv6 im Mobilfunk ein Problem.

Is iCloud+ private relay down in #México??

The iPhone is notifying me I won’t be able to use it today… but every status check online tells me there is no problem with iCloud. This both on WiFi and cellular. An iPhone restart does not fix the issue.
