This is especially useful when sending a thank you letter after a job interview! Thanks Apple! Who needs WYSIWYG when you can have "sometimes it will look like what you see but also maybe it won’t, lol" which is my absolute favorite UI paradigm!

Drei Gründe, die nach meinem dreiwöchigem Test mit #Thunderbird dazu geführt haben, dass ich wieder zu #AppleMail zurückgewechselt bin:

1/3: E-Mail Threads werden nicht über mehrere Ordner hinweg dargestellt und sind somit unvollständig. Es fehlen beispielsweise die gesendeten E-Mails im Thread zu einem Betreff. Apple Mail kann und macht das perfekt.

#xcode #Apple Did you know that ⌃(control)A jumps you to the beginning of a line and ⌃E puts you at the end of the line. ⌃K deletes the line forward and ⌃Y pastes it back.

Suppose I’m sticking with #AppleMail for the time being. I already knew that creating a rule on mail doesn’t trigger for mail that’s already arrived BUT I’ve learned that if I make a rule retroactively and then use this “apply rules” feature (which I looked for the first time round but didn’t find for some reason), then I can force it to fire and that seems to work.
