I've redesigned the resistive vibration sensor prototype around a diaphragm flexure pattern, which allows travel in the Z-axis. This will be printed conductive ink on a laser-cut flexible substrate. The trace width, spacing, flexure width and overall sensor diameter are defined using a spreadsheet in #freecad
