something really exciting is happening with one of my #homebrewing experiments.. I made a beer, fermented it with regular yeast, bottled some of it, dropped an unsanitized oak branch in the carboy... and now it smells funky, sour, and amazing! this #pellicle looks like a good sign I've got some fun yeasts and/or bacteria in my brew
