See now.....I can get an ATX gaming PSU and so long as it has the right outputs for the HP Workstation Z600 mobo then it will work, right? I don't have to rely on the exact model as the original do I?
I ask because all the PSU's of that exact model are 'used' and therefore won't last as long as I'd hope.
They're also in China.
now running the coolest operating system on the coolest hardware - I've got no idea what I'm doing ๐
more importantly - which stickers should I get? thinking maybe a custom "oem sticker" (is there a proper word for them?) and have any of you done any crazy mods to your eee pc (or other laptops) that you'd care to share? I hollowed the dead battery case so could fit something fun there maybe.

Thinking of adding some LED strips to the Antec LanBoy Air case I was just posting about.
I'd love a soft orange glow inside โ something to match the case (industrial feel) and perhaps even react to CPU or system activity.
Has anyone done this on a headless setup before?
