FWIW, my take-away here is not that the developer(s) should be fired but that this is probably indicative of a company #culture that:
1. Is attempting to save money by hiring #inexperienced #developers (remember #boeing's outsourcing nightmare?) and/or
2. Is #overworking staff resulting in stupid mistakes
