Musical Interlude: It's easy to forget how good Bonnie Raitt's 1989 album "Nick of Time" was; it got so much promotion and play that it got a little overexposed. I'm sure more than once people heard the title track and rolled their eyes.

But it's full of wonderful gems that still hold up 35 years later. Like this stripped-down song, just voice and piano, that cut to the heart.
