To be #naked is to be vulnerable, & to be vulnerable is to be authentic. When we shed our clothes, we also shed the masks we wear, the identities, roles, & pretensions. We return to the essence of being, unadorned & unashamed. Why fear #nakedness when the mountain does not? Why cover ourselves when the forest breathes in the open, without disguise?

#Nudity by itself is just the uncovered #body that each of us carries through life. It is neither scandal nor promise. It is simply the #natural shape that evolved to breathe, move, feel warmth & respond to the world. The idea that #nakedness must be erotic is a learned reaction, taught by cultures that treat the #body as a hidden object instead of a living part of #nature. When the mind stops attaching stories of desire or shame, #nudity is no different to wind on skin or sand underfoot.
