The #Trump admin Monday will terminate multiple #CivilRights #settlements aimed at ensuring #transgender #students’ rights to #equal opportunity to an #education, forcing school ofcls to choose whether to comply with the govt’s interpretation of federal anti-#discrimination laws or to abide by conflicting state statutes.

The terminations…are an escalation of the admin’s efforts to enforce Trump’s #ExecutiveOrder that the govt recognize only a person’s sex assigned at birth.

The #body remembers it belongs to #nature, not to fashion. Walking, sitting, resting, every motion becomes lighter. Freed from labels stitched into garments, a calm confidence emerges, along with a simple joy in existing exactly as one is, unhidden, #equal, & wonderfully alive within the #natural world.

In #Japan, communal bathing is a long-standing cultural practice. In traditional onsen bathing, neighbours gather not just to cleanse the #body, but to relax, talk, & connect.
