Agi: L'ombra del riciclaggio dietro sulla tragedia di Crans Montana

AGI - L'ipotesi riciclaggio si fa sempre più concreta nell'inchiesta sul rogo al 'Le Constellation' che punta anche a chiarire i movimenti di denaro delle società di Jacques Moretti e Jessica Maric. Lo scenario investigativo viene reso noto nelle ricostruzioni degli assetti societari degli inquirenti svizzeri che rivelano diverse presunte anomalie.
"Le principali criticità potrebbero portare a reati a monte legati al riciclaggio di denaro e potrebbero includere una cattiva gestione, falsificazione di documenti, frode assicurativa e gravi reati fiscali - si legge in un passaggio dell'informativa della polizia federale che tira le fila degli elementi finora emersi -. Potrebbero inoltre essere stati commessi anche reati che comportano la percezione illegali di prestazioni previdenziali o assistenziali".
C'è anche un riferimento alla criminalità corsa. "Se vogliamo trovare un legame col banditismo corso possiamo dire che, in generale, le organizzazioni corse investono spesso nel settore dello svago (bar, ristoranti, casinò), un settore nel quale Jacques Moretti è attivo da anni in Francia e Svizzera".

E, ancora, la gestione dei Moretti viene accostata a un famoso schema fraudolento: "L'esistenza di un presunto allestimento finanziario criminale può essere paragonato a uno schema Ponzi, in particolare nella misura in cui l'impero della coppia Moretti in Svizzera si basa solo sulla concessione di prestiti ottenuti in modo presumibilmente indebito. Questo impero si è continuamente evoluto prestando una struttura vuota, piena di ipoteche, come nel caso del 'Le Constellation' che, nel corso degli anni, ha acquisito altri bar e ristoranti nei distretti di Crans-Montana e Lens, aumentando i suoi debiti ipotecari concessi dalle istituzioni finanziarie, mentre mostrava verso l'esterno un successo commerciale fittizio, con l'esposizione di auto di lusso in leasing per conto della società".

L'Unità: Crans Montana: altri cinque indagati per la strage del Constellation, anche il sindaco Nicolas Féraud

Anche il sindaco di Crans-Montana, Nicolas Féraud, tra i cinque nuovi indagati nell’inchiesta sulla strage del Le Constellation, il locale andato a fuoco nel cantone vallese della Svizzera provocando 41 morti e 115 feriti, tutti giovanissimi. Finora gli indagati per incendio, omicidio e lesioni colpose erano i coniugi Jacques e Jessica Moretti, proprietari del discobar teatro della tragedia, Christophe Balet, responsabile della sicurezza pubblica del Comune di Crans-Montana, e il suo predecessore, Ken Jacquemoud.
Il quotidiano 24 Heures ha riportato di una denuncia penale presentata a fine gennaio contro il sindaco da parte degli avvocati di uno dei feriti, gravemente ustionati, e dei genitori. Féraud sarebbe accusato di lesioni personali colpose, messa in pericolo della vita altrui tramite dolo diretto, incendio doloso colposo e una serie di violazioni delle responsabilità e dei doveri imposti dalla legge ai comuni, in particolare dalla legge sulla protezione contro gli incendi e gli elementi naturali.
Gli altri nuovi indagati – tutti con ruoli nell’amministrazione – sono Kévin Barras, consigliere in giunta con incarichi sulla sicurezza, oggi deputato supplente nel Parlamento vallese, Pierre Albéric Clivaz, Rudy Tissières e Baptiste Cotter, tutti con passate o attuali deleghe sui controlli tra Crans e Chermignon, municipio poi annesso al primo.
Già nelle prime conferenze stampa Féraud parlò di come dal 2019 al 2025 non ci fossero stati controlli alle misure di sicurezza all’interno del locale. Sia Balet che Jacquemod avevano parlato di personale insufficiente per eseguire tutte le ispezioni presso i locali della località. Il successivo controllo al Le Constellation era stato programmato per il 2026.

Mayor of Crans-Montana, Nicolas Féraud, is among the five new individuals investigated in the investigation into the Le Constellation massacre, the nightclub that went up in flames in the Valais canton of Switzerland, causing 41 deaths and 115 injuries – all young people. As early as the first press conferences, Féraud spoke about how there had been no security checks at the venue from 2019 to 2025. Balet and Jacquemod had also spoken of insufficient staff to carry out all inspections of the facilities in the area. The subsequent inspection of Le Constellation had been scheduled for 2026.
