Rock Crk. Cyn survey today, run or ski? From 2250m start M-K campground patchy snowpack. Ran instead, road not skiable until 6K further up 2530m, where timber-shaded, wind-sheltered. Turned back there. Narrower too so more ❄️ makes it down off plateaus 3100m +. Last real winter day, warming starting tomorrow. -3C at start lite E breeze. 10-15cm new snowpack below 2400m, above that 15-20cm. Surprised see no moose. #climate #running #dogs #montana #gye #mountains
