@BarefootMicha @robchapman for now I'm just walking in a pair of barefoot Xero shoes. However I plan to start short #running sessions in them, maybe once a week, this summer.
I am currently giving minimal shoes a try again.
Sizing is always a pain with for me, woth every kind of shoe, but especially with "barefoot" shoes. Apparently I have a broad forefoot.
However, I found a pair that fits ok and I'm surprised how far I can already walk in them, after like 2 weeks of regular-ish wear. My calves are a bit sore, and slipping into my Birkenstocks feels really good after a long walk on paved surfaces in minimal shoes.

As promised a couple of weeks ago, a running shoe update.
The postie's just been, and delivered my new nice quiet coloured running shoes.
These are Xero shoe HFS II barefoot shoes, (zero drop heel to toe, 8mm sole, removable insoles ~makes it about 9mm overall)
My current minimal shoes are 14mm stack height, so I've shed 5mm of sole thickness, really looking forward to running in these.)
