After a very rough day yesterday, I’m happy to say that today has been better. I’ve found little moments of peace and calm throughout the day, and I’ve been reminded again how important it is to allow each day to be what it is without judgment.

Some days will be harder than others. That’s okay. But it’s okay to find peace too.
