The #ukgovernment always has been cruel.
It is also corrupt, self serving, conceited, non-apologetic, mean, and, often, stupid.

They will divert attention rather than lose face.

Thatcher delighted at the prospect of war in the Falklands, she gained another term. Blair failed.

If Greta allows them, they will simply brush the incident under the filthy Westminster carpet and carry on accepting their latest lobbyist bribes regardless.

@RichRARobi Sadly, I think that happy scenario could be summarised as "if #Starmer wasn't Starmer and #Lammy wasn't Lammy".

Neither Lammy nor Starmer does repentance or ethics. They seem to be entirely free of those attributes.

If #starmer were to ‘grow-up’, and simply apologise, say he overreacted and made a mistake, and give all the lobbying money he has received to our NHS, then I would think the better of him.
#lammy would need to do likewise, even though all the signs point to him being a thoroughly radicalised hater of those with certain other religions.
I would still not vote #labour, #green is currently winning that argument.

In Uk there (was / is, who knows?) a law against #inciting violence, likely leading to terrorism.
It probably only applies to people #starmer #lammy don’t like.

As they invite convicted felons to visit the country and actually be entertained by our ‘Royal’ personage, I guess they don’t give a toss any more.

That pair are in love with #trump , have been radicalised by X, and corrupted by too much #lobbying bribery.
