#KDEFrameworks 6.11 uploaded to #DebianSid.

Should reach #Trixie in a couple of days.

It includes a backport of https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/extra-cmake-modules/-/commit/0296826837c67a3911a5d09ca9b17d2b26cd37d8 which will make cross compilation easier across the board.

#KDE Frameworks 6.10 uploaded to #debian sid and building…

https://deb.li/kf6builds

Things look okayish but the kimageformat read-dds and write-exr test failures happen on too many archs to be a coincidence.

Rings a bell to anyone ?

While a LOT is happening in the front of new Haiku beta5 release and updating packages at haikuports, seems I missed the release for Gear 24.08 for KDE, so first check was PlasmaTube. :)

Build with Qt6 6.7.2 and KF6 6.5.0

Just uploaded #KDE Frameworks 6.5 to #Debian unstable

(Much/most of the credit goes to @deltaone )

Leave it some hours to build on our 9 release architectures.

The ppc64 port also built all 72 #kf6 packages for 6.4 in experimental so should be in for the party.

Loong64 port is not far but had some build-time test crashes for 6.4.

Hey, what's the recommended step to get started with a KIO plugin from scratch targeting #Qt6 / #KF6?

#Qt #CMake #KDE

OK, now #KDE #Itinerary 24.02.2 with #KF6 and #Qt6.7 up and running on #HaikuOS (locally).

@fedora

I can't even find these packages!

Maybe this is a better link to follow https://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qtforpython-6.2/quickstart.html

Hi, I am having trouble getting KF6 working on #LibreOffice on #Flathub, I have a topic on the LibreOffice forums/discourse (https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/trouble-getting-kf6-working-on-libreoffice-flatpak/103866), and my PR is here: https://github.com/flathub/org.libreoffice.LibreOffice/pull/285

Trouble getting KF6 working on LibreOffice Flatpak

Hi all, I’m having trouble with getting KF6 (& Qt6) working with LibreOffice on Flathub. A constant error I’m seeing before the whole build fails on x86_64 is: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/13.2.0/../../../../include/c++/13.2.0/cstdlib:79:15: fatal error: 'stdlib.h' file not found However, aarch64 seems to fail with a different error (not sure what lines I should paste here). You can find my PR here: Use KDE SDK, Runtime and KF6, update to 24.2.2.1 by sungsphinx · Pull Request #285 ·...

Some of my daily #KDE application on #HaikuOS :) #Tokodon, #NeoChat, #Akregator, #KDevelop and #Kasts (last 2 on another Workspace, otherwise you wouldn't see the #Plasma 6 wallpaper in the background).
KDevelop, NeoChat and Kasts running with #KF6, the others still running with #KF5.
EDIT: KDevelop version 24.02.0 still build with #KF5/#Qt5 :)
