This time it was my husband’s turn to get sick, so I stayed home and we didn’t go to the gym very much. And the pause was long enough that my arms hurt again just like on the first weeks. But that’s ok, the reason we decided to come was to become more healthy, and our health goes first.

Week 6

I got a fever shortly after my last post, and then I twisted my back. Needless to say, I had to take some rest. But now I’m back and I will try to make up for the lost time.

Week 4

Almost one month in and my muscles don’t hurt anymore after each workout, although I still feel tired the next day. The biggest highlight is that, even though progress is slow, I’m starting lo notice the change in my body. It’s not much, but I’m starting to feel more comfortable.

I feel like sharing the happiness from a good morning workout. 🥳 I re-started my trainings a 2 months ago after taking a break for a year due to a shoulder injury I got while playing volleyball. The feeling was bad, it was not me. But today I feel happy that I am getting back on track! Still not what it used to be, but I’ll get there :) Back on the old routine with push/pull/lega but this time in the early morning: it works! 💪
