4+ years of growth with a lot of setbacks in between. Now I'm just over 200 lbs at 5'9"
About a 35 lb difference from the before to after. Feels good, but still more work to do! 😤😤

Recently learned about this really awesome deadlift cue to prep your hips for hinging, and to prime your body to feel tension on hamstrings and glutes while you're performing the lift. I always start with very little or no weight, and this foam roller trick with no weight was great today to cue my hips to move right!
Anyone have similar little things to do before you lift?
