Just started week 11 in the #gym! Gained back what I lost from my week and a half off due to Fist Fest and then a gnarly cold, and then some! I’m getting so close to 170 pounds, and will likely break that barrier in another couple weeks. I am up to 166 pounds after starting this journey at 141 pounds 11 weeks ago.
I’ve been adding in more exercise sets, more reps, more weight, and fucking feeling great about it. Woof!
