In my wild woodland garden, which has boggy parts, in a section which is left completely undisturbed, I planted a #Gunnera. It towers over the other grasses and brambles.
I love the shade of green, a slightly acidic shade which gives it an ability to pop out prominently from the other foliage and undergrowth.
I allowed the birds song to announce the splendour of the scene rather than give a narrative of the scene myself.
