Thus following the great American low-voter-turnout tradition, which hasn’t seen voter participation great than 63% in over 100 years; midterms average around 40%.
We saw a huge push in 2018 & 2020 to register voters and GOTV — but not nearly the effort in 2024, and 80 million eligible voters did not vote. We must support the GOTV effort this year as midterms average under 40% turnout. Not everyone can protest but everyone CAN make a difference in getting out the vote.

The last day to register to vote for the June 2, 2026, Primary Election is May 18, 2026. Your county elections office will begin mailing ballots by May 4, 2026.

We’ve had special elections this year *IN TEXAS* that swung big time to the Dem candidates, and breakdown stats showed that some Rs voted for the Democrat!
