if i could realistically transition into a gender, this will be it. ideally with a retractable penis, and only if i wouldn't depend on any medicine such as artificial hormones for life!

nothing against processing food, i simply don't want to rely on capitalism or society for my survival, since they may crumble before i get to old/dead age.

i use the first image, with the cropped dick, as one of my telegram profile pictures: t.me/caooe and i know from direct feedback it has scared at least 1 person away who just took it as "pornographic".

people don't even know what porno means... do they? i also do not, but while graphic in many ways indeed, and even portraying some sex activity, the focus here ain't direct human interaction but rather explicit gender expression. transparent, as clear as possible.

sooner or later those people, or rather fragmented souls, who want to keep hiding from reality will have to stop hiding behind children, christianity, or whatever other poor excuse to not talk about sex in simple terms.

i can't choose my gender the way i wished, and i will not go through surgery, but i can still enjoy my fantasies and imagination (despite of my #aphantasia , yet another topic to another mani).

so i also do my best to accept my reality as a man. and conform. but if we have any form today to express ourselves in attempts to better communicate and understand each other, that form have always been digital. through computers. and the internet.

can we start using it properly, with real freedom (such as using #fediverse and #fupl) and self/real/radical responsibility from early age (kids usually understand this much better before they get tainted with poor ideas/words) already?!

a few main issues with pixelfed (have i posted about this already?):

+ can't post without image

+ limited profile details (i want to know posts i liked, favorited, and repost, for instance, can't find them!)

+ like with most of fediverse, activitypub, and even related protocols such as hubzila: lack of real backup. emails, for instance, make it easy to set up backups with pop, and pop only. file system, on the other hand, make it possible, but difficult to do without own hardware. do not get me started on tilde! i know a lot more than just nix basics, and even so, they suck!

just look at #sourcehut history. (also source of my inspiration for this post today, and one place i used for backup)

i have backup of my own data since the 90's. some survived a lot of real case and time. most died to lack of features. even some files i had saved, died after being copied too much! did you know it happens to compressed files? such as zip, mp3 (mostly), and jpeg.

i mean, even archive.is got created after many backup issues from archive.org! i much prefer #fupl from the org, but perhaps the proprietary one will do a better job over time, if only because of obscurity.

the internet got created to become a backup of data above all, and too little people seem to remember the importance of this!

she got split into many commercial parts and get constantly killed to prevent growing up too much. not for fear of what she might grow into, no... but for fear they/we might lose the ability to exploit her.

but we already know she exists. we can see what she can do. we can feel her for real.

if our collective part that brought her into existence could do it, like we did it so many times in the past, we can certainly collect everyone else who breaths freedom into setting her free!
