Agi: Napoli: 20enne ucciso da un colpo di pistola esploso accidentalmente

AGI - Un colpo accidentale ha ucciso Fabio Ascione, 20 anni, estraneo a logiche criminali e incensurato, all'alba del 7 aprile scorso. Il ragazzo si era fermato al bar nel quartiere Ponticelli, poco lontano da casa, per fare colazione di ritorno dal suo lavoro in una sala bingo.
Due fermi
Per quell'omicidio ci sono due fermi di pm: un ragazzo di 23 anni, Francesco Pio Autiero, che si è costituito accompagnato dal suo legale è anche un minorenne è stato destinatario del provvedimento dopo le ammissioni di Autiero.
La ricostruzione
Nella ricostruzione degli inquirenti, Autiero, che è legato al clan De Micco perché nipote di un elemento di spicco della cosca, e il minore, prima dell'uccisione di Ascione avevano preso parte in sella a uno scooter a una sparatoria con esponenti del gruppo Veneruso-Rea del vicino Comune di Volla, che erano a bordo di in auto.
Poi erano arrivati nei pressi del bar in cui Ascione era con amici e per errore, forse mentre il ventitreenne mostrava l'arma a qualcuno, un colpo è partito e ha centrato il ventenne al petto. I due fermati devono rispondere di omicidio volontario e porto e detenzione di arma, reati aggravati dalle finalità mafiose.
Alle indagini hanno fornito elementi decisivi immagini di telecamere di sorveglianza della zona. Questa mattina nella chiesa di San Pietro e Paolo di Ponticelli ci saranno di funerali di Fabio Ascione.

AGI - An accidental shooting killed Fabio Ascione, 20 years old, an unknown individual with no criminal connections or prior criminal record, at dawn on April 7th. The young man had stopped at a bar in the Ponticelli neighborhood, close to his home, for breakfast returning from his job at a bingo hall.

Two Arrests

There are two warrants issued by the prosecutor’s office: a 23-year-old, Francesco Pio Autiero, who turned himself in accompanied by his lawyer, is also a minor and was the target of the warrant after Autiero’s admissions; and another individual.

The Reconstruction

According to investigators’ reconstruction, Autiero, who is linked to the De Micco clan because he is the nephew of a prominent member of the criminal organization, and the minor, before Ascione’s death, had participated on a scooter in a shootout with members of the Veneruso-Rea group from the neighboring municipality of Volla, who were in a car.

They then arrived near the bar where Ascione was with friends and, by mistake, perhaps while the twenty-three-year-old showed the weapon to someone, a shot was fired and hit the twenty-year-old in the chest. The two arrested individuals must answer to charges of voluntary manslaughter and carrying and possession of a firearm, crimes aggravated by mafia-related motives.

Investigative images from surveillance cameras in the area provided decisive evidence. This morning, there will be a funeral for Fabio Ascione in the church of San Pietro e Paolo in Ponticelli.

Po dłuższej przerwie na blogu wylądował nowy wpis o Unified Attestation.

Jest to europejski odpowiednik Play Integrity, czyli centralny system atestacji urządzeń. Ta inicjatywa producenta smartfonów Volla jest promowana jako uniezależnienie się od Google. Jednak czy uniezależnienie się od jednej korporacji ma polegać na uzależnieniu się od innej?

Temat dość istotny z punktu widzenia niezależności i konkurencyjności mobilnych systemów operacyjnych, a nie zauważyłem żeby przebił się do polskich internetów.

Since my phone is dead for a while now im back to #volla phone with #Ubuntutouch now.

Looking forward to daily drive it for a few weeks.

Setup with the #Ubports installer worked well enough.

Seems like a lot has happened in the last few years regarding the base but #Lomiri is definetly still an aquired taste for me.

Signal Desktop is working now though so thats a big upgrade.

Happy to see my Apps WaydroidHelper and Gem still beeing maintained by vulenteers.
