What everybody is missing, when China says it "supports territorial integrity of all nations", is that for China Ukraine is a part of Russia, therefore they support Russia special military operation to keep control on it.
From now, what is to come is pretty obvious. Chronologically:
- end of the military support to Ukraine, withdrawal of US from NATO once EU countries show they continue Ukraine support,
- Russia puts conditions for business with US to lifting all financial and commercial sanctions, which US does immediately, but not EU,
- Russia conditions business relations with US to EU stopping Ukraine support and lifting sanctions, and so USA puts more pressure on EU, of course with tariffs at first,
- US starting to get Russian approval for business links *only* if they can get some, modest at first, military goods from US, and US accepts,
- pretending that EU is still stubborn, now Russia demands more military support from US,
- US also starts to attack Greenland, now that EU is busy, and that US has mounted its case in the American media that "EU is bad and deserves nothing" etc...
MAD, Make America Despicable.
It seems that Trump's clique should be spelled MGAA instead: Make Gold Astronomical Again.
I love how classical economics theories are based on the presumption that the agents are rational. The US is maybe the biggest of the agents? Damn, what a time these economists must have right now!
Maybe Putin has a video of Trump in a private meeting with him, with Trump reassuring Putin by saying, accompanied by the typical movement of his both hands: "I wanna destroy the US, I wanna destroy the US."

Trump's regime probably has a plan in three points to avoid future US elections:
1 - start a war, e.g. against Denmark over Greenland. Or against other allies. (Certainly not against Trump's buddy Russia, nor Musk's buddy China.)
2 - declare that, because it's war, elections cannot be held. Conveniently point out Ukraine's example.
3 - even though a ceasefire is quickly negotiated, do not sign a peace treaty for many years, to continue avoiding elections.
