Trump's regime probably has a plan in three points to avoid future US elections:
1 - start a war, e.g. against Denmark over Greenland. Or against other allies. (Certainly not against Trump's buddy Russia, nor Musk's buddy China.)
2 - declare that, because it's war, elections cannot be held. Conveniently point out Ukraine's example.
3 - even though a ceasefire is quickly negotiated, do not sign a peace treaty for many years, to continue avoiding elections.

What I find insane, is how so few people see that actually Trump is already fully aligned with Putin, and Trump *too* is playing the world, in particular the democratic world and the former allies.
Please stop trying to speak to Trump, stop losing your time. This is chess and you lose countless turns like that. Cease to think that Trump, or rather the Trump team, is "mistaken" or "lost". No!! They are not "lost".
They are pretending to be mistaken, pretending to still be able to discuss. But they are buying time. And their terrible agenda is already set in stone.

The Heritage Foundation needs to be recognized as an enemy of the EU, and in consequence an enemy of the states that compose the EU.
It needs to be banned in all EU member states.
Any party who participates in the Heritage Foundation, or any party who even just adopts its talking points and theories, needs to be banned.
Funded by Russia and probably other democracies' enemies, the Heritage Foundation, not satisfied with having shredded the USA and made it an authoritarian regime, is now targeting the EU, with firm intention to incapacitate it as well.
This is now that we must start to act.
Europe without EU will be another century with just interminable wars between its former members. Remember, that's why it was created in the first place. And not "to threaten the US" as Trump and Musk are trying to make you believe.

Ok, let's agree ONCE to this nonsensical "ceasefire" without garantees.
And then let's all witness the Russians not respecting it.
So that Trump will know, that he is no different from other US presidents, in that Putin does not "respect" him any more than any other one, and Putin's agreements are as breached under his term as under others' terms.
I'd like EU leaders to reply something like:
"The nonsense coming out of the mouth of Maria Zakharova means the direct involvement of Russia in a conflict with the five countries proponents of the peacekeeping mission. The Five will take appropriate measures."
Come on, now anybody can decide for themselves what does "direct conflict" means. Oh you've scratched your nose, you're in direct conflict with me!!
Zakharova gave her statement right in front of the US delegation only once they arrived in Russia, so that they are not in position to react negatively to it (and also they don't want their tea to be spiked). And, in consequence, later, in the following days, any negative reaction from the US will seem unnatural. Well done, Zakharova.
