For a long while I have used the flat-file CMS Grav, as a databaseless alternative to WordPress. While Grav is very nice and has an enviable ecosystem of themes and plugins around it, I never could get my head totally around the complexity of some of its technicalities. These days I am trying to ressurect my too-long-negleted personal website. In the race to earn a living, I got lost along the way and forgot I used to do this for fun.
I'll eventually reimport some old posts, they're in markdown so that shouldn't be a problem. I most probably will not put back the '90sversuon of it, though: start anew!
Right now I'm still familiarising myself with two flat-file cms, Bludit and Automad. Have any of you had experience with those and care to share?

Ich versuche es immer erst auf Server Ebene.
Die können echt viel da vor den ganzen CMSs vieles damit geregelt wurde.
So auch das Thema Zufallsbilder.
Das lässt sich per Cron etc erledigen.
Dieses Vorgehen hat auch den Vorteil, dass die Seite aus mehreren Gründen 🐖 schnell wird.
Mittlerweile bin ich aber auch beim #FlatFileCms angelangt.
Das Redirection Plugin, GUI, legt meiner Erinnerung mach auch nur das File an was man sonst händisch bearbeiten müsste

自分のサイトなら自前の静的サイトジェネレーター使おうとおもってるんだけど、妻が更新作業するのに管理画面は必須なんだよな…
