Oh, new #Bludit releases?

I'd seen that my merge request was closed and that my bug ticket regarding Cookie Security was properly labeled.

The new releases 3.17.0, 3.17.1 and 3.17.2 - after 1,5 years of no release - slipped my eyes.

So yai! The Bludit project isn't dead. Cool!

ich habe jetzt 7 jahren bludit zum bloggen benutzt. vor 2 wochen kam dann nach 1,5 jahren mal wieder ein upgrade. version 3.16.2 auf 3.17.x
seitdem bekomme ich bei jedem post eine fehlermeldung. post erscheint danach trotzdem, aber es nervt sehr.
hab zu testzwecken 3.17.2 frisch installiert, da passiert das nicht, sobald ich das backup einspiele geht es wieder von vorne los. irgendwelche tips? #fedihelp #bludit #uberspace

I just used ChatGPT to help me adding canonical links for category and tag pages in #bludit.
As Google had some problems with duplicate content on my blog.

Thought about creating an issue on the Bludit GitHub repository.

Yeah.. turns out exactly this was fixed 3 days ago, just that there is currently no new release of Bludit or the Canonical plugin itself.

I have been looking for lightweight, non-commercial #opensource #Wordpress alternatives that I can recommend for non-technical people that want to create a #blog or general #website. There are some, but many of them are small and one cannot be sure if they will survive in the long run, as for example #Bludit.
Finally I have found one: #Dotclear. It has been around for ages but is, strangely enough, rather unknown outside of France. It has lots of maintainers, themes look modern, up to date plugins, is easy to install and maintain. Highly recommended so far: dotclear.net/
